Happy 5th Birthday Blake!!!

Why does 5 seem so old?  When you actually think about it, knowing somebody for 5 years doesn't seem like that long a time in the grand scheme of things, but realizing that your baby is now 5 years old is a whole different thing!  All the traces of the little toddler are gone and now my Blake has become an actually kid!  He has best friends and can tell jokes; he is starting to spell and knows how to write; he's starting to realize his role as a big brother and how to play and protect as one.  The one thing that hasn't changed is that from every teacher, every instructor, every progress report they mention what a big heart and a big smile he has!!  We love that about him and hope it never changes no matter how old he is.
