Terms and conditions as stated herein become a part of our quotation and
will apply to the acceptance by Hilltown House of your order. All terms and
conditions expressly specified herein shall render null and void any
conflicting terms and conditions in any and all other contracts relative to
this proposal.
1) Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Customer may decline acceptance of the
piece(s) upon delivery or within 7 days of delivery if they are not satisfied with the final product. Piece(s) will become property of Hilltown
House for re-sale or re-purposing. Any Deposit will be forfeited upon return.
2) Finishes will be as consistent as possible. However, since the
properties of wood are not consistent themselves, we cannot ensure that each
part of the project will look exactly alike, nor can we guarantee that the
project will exactly match the initial sample(s). Therefore, Hilltown House
does allow for a range of color on its finished products. This acceptable color
range may sometimes span several shades above or below the average shade for a
stain/specie combination. Variations may also occur in hand applied paint
finishes or distressing techniques, these variations are normal.
3) Hilltown House does not guarantee any shipment or delivery date. Any
time or date stated herein or otherwise identified is intended as an estimate
only.
4) Small damages to the finished piece may incur during delivery. We will bring the necessary tools to touch up
any damage to the structure or finish after installation is complete.
5) It is the customers responsibility to ensure that piece(s) can easily
be delivered to the specified location including but not limited to moving
furniture or other items that would hinder delivery to the desired location or
removing doors to widen entry ways.
Hilltown House will take necessary precautions to not damage
floors/walls/existing furniture but does not take responsibility for damages
caused by in-accessible delivery locations.
6) Payment is due upon delivery; Hilltown House accepts cash, checks (made
out to "Hilltown House”).
