What's for Dinner....Fancy Pasta Dinner

To celebrate the new Barefoot Contessa cookbook, I decided to cook Eaphis and myself a late dinner of her tasty recipes.  All were delicious!  Can't wait to meet her in December and get my book signed.

Yummy Cavier and Creme Fraiche on Rye Bread

"Straw and Hay" Pasta w/Gorgonzola, Peas, and Prosciutto

Perfect end to the night - Mexican Hot Chocolate w/Cinnamon Doughnuts
