Flowers for Josephine

So since I have absolutely nothing else going on (do you hear the sarcasm?) I decided to take on one of the largest crotchet projects I've ever tried for my niece's 2nd birthday.  Why you ask - well 1) I wanted to make her something special to celebrate her becoming such a big girl and 2) because I'm just plain crazy.

I've had a few really cute things pinned to my crotchet board for a long time, so I took a second to browse and immediately knew that I wanted to make her this blanket because she just got her new big girl bed.

So 2 1/2 weeks, 6 skeins of yarn, 56 flowers, and 10 incredibly stiff fingers later - VOILA

I am actually realllllly happy with the way that it turned out!!  I hope Josie loves it as much as I love her
