What's for dinner tonight....Baked Pierogies

Good Polish staple taken up a notch.  Just took some pre-made pierogies from Wegmans, topped with an easy sauce, some cheese, bacon, tomatoes, and green onions - and voila (or however you say it in polish).  Turned out super yummy!  Only disappointing thing was that Blake didn't seem to like it as much and Jon and I did, but guess you can't win them all.
